The database includes records for all "COMPS" awarded to a guest at our member properties . A guest search takes less than a minute and listing a "COMP" incident takes about 3 minutes.
Your membership application, Status and member data are strictly confidential. We do not release any member data to the public.
The database allows members to keep track of all "COMP" activity and to detect any patterns of fraud based on easily accessible "COMP" History Reports.

All reports are verified and access is restricted by 128 bit Security.
Each Member Property is assigned a "Property Code". Your hotel name is NEVER used or provided to anyone and is not stored in the database.
